Mission: The Association of Pediatric Program Directors Chief Residents' Executive Committee is dedicated to improving the education, professional development, and wellness of all pediatric chief residents. We strive to create a diverse community of pediatric chief residents to allow for communication, teaching and mentorship as we grow into the future leaders of the field as clinicians, educators, and administrators.
