COMSEP Pediatric Residency Program Virtual Open House Repository
Do you know medical students looking to attend a virtual pediatric residency program open house? COMSEP has a pediatric residency program virtual open house repository for your convenience, and we encourage YOU to share with your medical student networks!
If you are a faculty member looking to share information on your pediatric residency program’s virtual open house, you can use this site to post that information as well.
Recruitment Action Team Toolkit
The development of this toolkit acts as a guide for all programs to use for the recruitment season with the option for individualization to meet the specific organizational needs of each program. The creation of this recruitment season toolbox is intended to be applicable to all size and specialty programs. These tools can be used by all members of the program as you prepare to execute this important recruitment season.
The kit includes checklists for the applicant, the interviewer, and the program. It also includes activities specific for implementation in a virtual community including icebreakers and ideas for social events.
A special thank you to the APPD Program Coordinator Recruitment Action Team for their time, support, and willingness to create such valuable documents!

Pediatric Subspecialty Recruitment Series May 2025
SAVE THE DATE!
CoPs (Council of Pediatric Subspecialties) and the APPD (Association of Pediatric Program Directors) will hold its 4th Annual Pediatric Subspecialty Recruitment Series in May 2025. Sessions will be held May 6th, 8th, 13th, and 15th. All sessions will again be held 8-9:30 pm ET, given this is the only time that allows all regions to participate.
The series featured informational subspecialty sessions where residents virtually visited with multiple fellowship programs in their chosen subspecialty.
